Creative Writing
The UWALS Creative Writing Group was first established to encourage members with an interest in writing to respond in whichever ways they chose to the fascinating photographs which are the subject of the Presenting the Past exhibition. The group met regularly during 2019/20, and the impressively varied results of their efforts were published in book form in 2020 as Present in the Past, which were strongly featured in the exhibition on the weekends of 30th April/1st May and 7th/8th May 2022. UWALS acknowledges the support of Cracoe and Rylstone Community Fund in the publication of this book.
